Hiring a plugin developer

I'm interested in hiring a plugin developer.

The plugin has to iterate through all entities and either read or modify them.

There are a lot of different entities, each with different attributes. To do all entites and all their attributes is a massive undertaking. You will most likely want to narrow the scope to make this achievable in a reasonable time frame and not hang your server. That is especially true on a busy server as it will have thousands of entities.

You will need to be more specific to get interest in assisting you.
What is the goal in this?
