Rust High external wall remover (will pay)

I'm not looking for any alternatives, I want a new plugin made to do exactly what is stated below.

Will pay for a lightweight plugin that is intelligent enough to remove high external walls that are used for PVP, random ones floating around the map. I have a high gather rate server and walls are literally everywhere that aren't used for anything but protection in a fight.

I want it so that it will not remove walls used to defend a base, but only to remove walls that were used in a fight so it must be semi intelligent.

Also, if possible, a timer and remove on startup feature.
