Rust Hide stash event

I am running a very manual event on my server called "Find the Stash"

I fly around (vanish mode) and hide a stash with some uber items. I then announce the start of "Find the Stash" and players get ready. I then drop a supply signal to announce the location. 5-10 players come hunting for it and it turns into a fun event with lots of carnage.

what I would like to do is automate this a bit like:
- Event schedule
- auto hide a stash - random location, possible looking for players to not be in the area
- put loot in stash
- announce when it is over

Thoughts?
