Help Server stuck on receiving data

Hello guys

I was just playing on my server with another user and we placed a guntrap down and made it kill me then i wasnt able to refresh then we both got kicked

Then i got this

"Packing Flooding Player Tick . . all players getting kicked "

How do i fix this we cant join anymore

I think i solved this


did a Steam update then Oxide2 update
