Solved Help GUI with pages

Dear developers.
Can you create a plug-in Help (I've got a lot of Help info, and helptext - is not an option) with GUI and Pagination (for i.e. by categories or tabs) ?

Could you integrate permissions so that some pages are only visible to VIP, Mods, Admins and Owners?

yeah i really wanted one like this as ive seen it on alot of servers but cannot find it anywhere
