Help Commands on Load In?

Hey all! How's it going everyone!? Fairly new here to Oxide, and happy to be here!

I am seeking advice on which plugin I should use in terms of /help chat commands! (Where the user enters a /nameHere) and the chat spits back a response... Moreless a Tree of user commands.)

I am looking for something that can automatically say a message similar to:

Welcome <PlayerName> , To <ServerName> !

/info - To View Server Information (Displaying additional commands like /nextwipe - To display next wipe info)
/commands - To view Player Commands
/rules - To Display Server Rules
/discord - To display Discord Invite
/website - To display Website

From my finding I have found HelpText, EasyChatCommands, and CustomChatCommands . Is there one that is better for doing what I am seeking? I realize that the Welcome message and default text may be something that I already have in the server settings without a help plugin, but I am assuming I need one in order to make the chat commands spit back chat text to the user Any guidance is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
