Help command and plugins not working

hi, ive been having trouble all day on my server with oxide and i hope i can get it fixed some how because i like oxide better than the others. Rust legacy hasnt had any problems just the next branch or people call (experimental).
before i start asking question the server runs fine.
1) gameserver.com has a option to install oxide without downloading the files off oxide download. when ever i type in the server /help nothing comes up or it says its not a command. if i type in the commands for the mod it works but i cannot use /help which i need the most. Gameservers.com told me install helptext but that didnt work ether.
Ive been on all day trying to fix this so i would really appreciate if you could help.

thanks for the quick response i installed kits and sharedoors but the /help option wasnt working. i already have help text on it.

 

ive wiped everything clean so all i have on are the default server files + oxide. Are there any important plugins i need for them to all work because when ever i put for example removertool,kits,broadcast,helptext they don't work. do i need to install them 1 at a time ? or certain plugins don't work together ?

it seems the plugins are working now but ive set my self as an owner of the the server with rusty but when i used /fly it say no permissions?

 

ive restarted the server and reconnect but i still dont have permission to fly anything i can do ?

 

so you put this in the new cfg file i made to go in the cfg folder correct?
ownerid <this would be my steamid> "57PIXELS" "Owner" server.writecfg

 

So where do i put the ownerid <this would be my steamid> "57PIXELS" "Owner" in if i cant put it in the cfg file ?
because rusty doesnt work

 

hello I've been having problems trying to become admin or owner on my own rust server. Its a rented rust server from GamerServers.com. whenever i try to use Rusty to become a owner it says that's its made me a owner but commands for example /removeall or /fly respond with "no permmitions". GameServers.com have created cfg with owner but that doesn't work too. anyone know how i can fix this thanks.

hello, are there any way i can tp to players without the plugin because all the important plugins like kits, tp , god have not been updated?

 

what about teleporting ? do you have to have a plugin if you're an admin ?
