Heli spawning in Military Crates instead of Elite Crates

So i have a modded rust server and when I first set it up I had no idea what i was doing. I used the plugin BetterLoot to start and it made the server have the weirdest loot I've ever seen. Barrels no longer dropped scrap, rather they would spawn fish and glue an bleach and other useless random things. I have since deleted the plugin and it seems to be running fine with the selected mods I wanted. I think though my heli may be glitched out because when it gets taken down it spawns 4 green military crates when I thought they were supposed to be elite. Also it seems like you get the same thing every heli

yeah i had issues with Betterloot
I was gettign 50k arrows or 80k arrows
I had to remove it
