Possible to make pink color or hearts come out of a stream of the arrow, or same thing but visual effect on impact? or both?

 

There are already pink effects on impact.

 

excuse me,this plugin doesn work in PVE,shoot someguy,he say no feeling healing

 

Do you have it enabled with the correct resources (set in the configuration file).

 

yes. i use Medical Syringe and wooden arrow shoot my friend.
message write about cooldown,but he say nothing happen.

 

I just recent;y downloaded this mod, and I enjoy it. But in the config file, I have cooldown disabled. Yet after every shot, there is a cooldown. How can I fix this?

 

Download, installed and gave permission, yet nothing happens when hitting a player with an arrow, having the right permission, typed the chat command and syringe in inventory.
