Solved GUI permissions panel?

So I'm aware there's the admin panel plugin, but I used to use another plugin in which I can't seem to find. It would list all the oxide persmissions for every plugin and allow my to choose to grant it to each group individually rather than have to type in each one. If anyone knows the plugin i'm referring to please let me know
