In my opinion, I think it would be better to write only the number in chat instead of doing /number <number>
So you could just check.. if the string contains only numbers(just in case someone writes it accidentally). -

I think will be better if you add XP(amount) as a reward(not percents).

Roughly go like this:
- If owner/admin want to give certain experience, /startNumber <minNumber> <maxNumber> <exp> [Auto-event will be fixed 10%]
- Using config files and set the desired experiences. It will apply to both auto-event and self-started event.
- Optionally, I'll create another command call /numberRewards <exp> upon a winner but for auto-started event, it can be fixed 10% or config-set exp
