Universal Groups based on playtime

Sup,

Literally just wondering if a plugin exists that stores the server play time of a player to a file and reads from it to check whether or not it should assign them to a betterchat group.

For example, after playing on the server for 24 hours, it assigns the player to the betterchat group "regulars" and gives them access to a "/kit regulars" or something along those lines.
