I'm creating a heavy PVE server with PVP play, but a lot of wolves, bears choppers and radiation, using tons of plug-ins I have managed to lighten my horse spawns to 2 to 3. I want to change the loot they give, locations and re-spawn times just for them, which plugin would be the best to do this.
