If I may suggest a feature, you should add a command to give every player on the server a specific item
-
offtopic: funny that _thegiver is the first to comment the GiveItem plugin...
-
-
install all the plugins and player can use the command
-
Confused man what are you asking?
-
the players the server can be like me that as I am the admin to disable the command in the players items
-
So... You want to give a user the /giveitem command but you wanna disable some to he cant give himself or others that item?
-
I disable it for all users who are not administrators. I only want you to use the admin group
[DOUBLEPOST=1451837312][/DOUBLEPOST]now I have the plugins installed and anyone entering the server can be items
[DOUBLEPOST=1451844252][/DOUBLEPOST]GiveItem for Hurtworld
[DOUBLEPOST=1451856363,1451837226][/DOUBLEPOST]I want to achieve is that only the server administrator can use the command -
Wulf Community Admin
-
Using Permissions:
As an example, to grant the permission to a user:
/grant user default giveitem.use
To grant the permission to all admins (if you have an admin group) you can use:
/grant group admin giveitem.use
I put these two commands after installing the plugins -
Wulf Community Admin
-
as would be the command to remove all permissions?
-

Plug-why do not all issue items. During the Event is always 1-2 players who have not been the subject of a command /giveall
-
Plugin is broken.
Just gave myself 1x Flint Hatchet and it started spawning in about 20 different items and then crashed the server.
I also spawned in 1 hammer earlier and it spawned about 100 in, something bugging out badly. -
It's ID then Amount.
So to give a flint hatchet you would use:
/giveitem Lonstorm 89 1
The way it works by using an itemID makes it impossible for different items to be given at one time, which is why I kept it to ItemID and not name, so people do not accidentally make that mistake. (like typing stone for example)
I added the /itemid command to make the process easy.
Please double check that you've entered the command correctly.Last edited by a moderator: Jan 9, 2016 -
Ah yeah that's the reason... Because 1 wouldn't give me anything.
And there is no L in my name.
I was using console.
F1:
g 5 3
That's give 3 Cooked Steaks to myself.
-.-
Some times my faith in humanity hits an all time low.
And no 20 items cannot crash it, I gave myself 255 construction hammers instead of Wood Planks because I was talking on Teamspeak, and all I did was run around for a few minutes throwing hammer boxes out my backside. Was rather amusing.
[DOUBLEPOST=1452377716][/DOUBLEPOST]g 5 3
in console just crashed the server and started giving me backpacks fronzen steaks hammers, weapons etc.
There is obviously an issue with the plugin since the update. -
not working now?
