Getting server popular?

    How do you make your server popular, i have tried for ever but if i am lucky 1 person will join.Any tips?

    You need to have something more than others :) I had the luck some months ago ... my record was 106players/100(max) :p but i decided to become a Plugin Developer

    do you know a good technique? The Most people i have gotten on at one time was 6, the max players that ever joined was 18 not counting me
