Solved Generating new permission files?

If i delete oxide_groups.json and oxide_users.json will they be remade on server restart? Or do i have to reinstall

quick question on the side. Crafting for me used to stack into a neat littel pile of the resource i was mass crafting, now it seperates out. is there a plugin i have to have to have that nice neat stack?

 

Hmm StackSizes could help about the stacks but after crafting stack.. i dont know
