Solved Gamemode - predator

As many are aware, there are some important environment features missing from rust.

The PVP aspect is still great but more AI is needed along with the helicopter.

A mod like this is something I think would go very well with the rust landscape.

I figure a Predator roaming random places and killing users would be a solid addition.

Adding things like the Predator sound effects, cloaking and more would be amazing.

Much like the helicopter he would only attack does with weapons, exactly like the original.

It would also be great if the mod go hang the victims bodies from trees. Really get the essence of the Predator.

Not sure how much work would be needed to get this type of mode working. I know the weapon and laser sight may be difficult but doable.

Any one out there have the skills to develop such a thing.

 

New visuals like enemies etc. can not be added per server plugin.
You can only use whats already ingame.

 

Yeah, completely spaced it there. Honestly, I was thinking this would have been a cool addition if it was part of the game, but can't imagine they would add anything like this, or if they even could with copyright and such.

I just keep thinking it would be incredible to hear that sound when out mining at night. How awesome the predator laser would look if it was about to take a shot. The entire Rust game could become a a solid Predator game overnight.
