Solved Friends can't join my server (ports not open)

    Hello, first off, thanks for helping me.

    I have had issues setting up my Rust server for my friends and I to play on. I have port forwarded to ports 28015 and 28016, I have opened the ports on my firewall, and it still fails to work. But, here's something that I find a bit off. I have a Minecraft server that's hosted locally on my computer, on the iPv4 in my router's settings, I can open and connect to that via IP, but when I open my rust server on the same port (25565) it fails to work.

    [DOUBLEPOST=1477211968][/DOUBLEPOST]Resolved, I realized that 28016 wasn't supposed to be port forwarded. Am I able to remove this thread?

    You cant remove the thread and only forward 28016 if using rcon from another pc even if on the same network
