Solved Friendly fire off for guilds

Just was looking through other mods for things like rust and saw this: http://oxidemod.org/plugins/friends-friendly-fire.687/

wondering if it would be possible/a good idea to do something like this but based on your guild. This would help with the war time and regular server wars if teams did not want to accidentally murder each other. I donno its an idea or option for someone to try and code. if I dont see anything ill learn from the rust one or something.
