Fps problem

    hi,
    i have a xMILION server with 60k entity , 30-70 players and my problem is next :
    i have : 32gb, i7700, ssd, my procesor work at 20% maximum, usage 8gbram
    AND i still have low fps like 1k MAXIM . i set fps.limit -1 .

    my question is next : how make my dedicate work only for the server or .. idk
