  1. hi.
Tonight is Force wipe So i have to ask.
To do Force wipe i have to delete all Rust / oxide , reinstall all of them or just update Rust / oxide ?
And i am asking again, wich data i have ti empty for More memory ?

  2. There are many ways to wipe depending on your preferences.
And maybe I am wrong: It is not a force wipe but the official servers are getting wiped.
But you have to update you server today. (and wait for oxide to be updated)

    My way of a wipe:
    I backup all my data.
Check the data folder and remove everything what is not needed after the wipe. Check the files! For example: remove Kits_data.json but keep Kits.json
I also check the config folder for any changes to be made after the wipe.
For example a location on the map but you change the map is not working anymore. This has to be made again.

Personally I remove everything from Lang and Log but that is up to you.
And ofcourse: I keep my plugin folder. (check for unneeded plugins and remove them)

Data to empty for more memory? Which plugins do you have?

  3. What is the reasoning behind deleting the data and language folder? I never delete anything in data except for spawn files because the map changes. The data folder also contains oxide user and group files so why would you want to delete those?

Edit: misread thought you deleted entire data folder.

  4. no, @Ventrex is right, kits_data.json, and more of them remember inside all kits used by all players so is unless.
    another question :
i have 3 wipes untill now, i have interface host with "wipe map" , i use it , i change little sizemap but i have always same map

  5. Do you rent is from a host or do you host it yourself?
I had the same issue with my host. The control panel had seed xxxxx and map xxxxx but they also had a serverauto.cfg under server\cfg.
In that file they also gave a seed and map which overruled the control panel.
Think best thing to do is add the following line in serverauto.cfg:
    server.worldsize "xxxxx"
    server.seed "xxxxx"
