Rust Force join faction

I was hoping someone could make a plugin that does this:

When the user logs on to the server for the first time, they are prompted to pick one of two factions.

The two factions could then battle it out over the course of a couple of days/weeks/etc. and then after a certain period of time, the faction that is leading may get perks like ammo, armor, etc.


Is this possible?

 

Is it possible to Force a player into a faction when they join the server? looking to change up a battlefield server by having opposing factions but do not want the factions to be one sided from everyone joining the same side. Preferably would like 3 factions with admin/server owner having ability to move players between factions.
