    Got no idea whats happening here, but i do know it crashes my server after a few hours :)

    plugin Rust Core ? <<< where do i have to look? ( none of the plugins shows this name )

    That error is a bit misleading, so ignore the reference to Rust Core. You are either using an outdated Oxide build, or a plugin is erroring that uses the OnWeaponThrown hook. I'd check with plugins that deal with death or attacking.
