F1 weapons given to player doesn't do damage!

I just found out that if i give players TC's, weapons, boxes through my F1 items menu that those items will only work for me. They can shoot zombies all they want and it won't kill anything. They can place down TC's and Boxes I give them, but they won't be able to authorize themself or look inside.

This just started recently. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

Havent had this issues, see if players shoot each other if the weapons do damage

 

I wish i had that "problem" haha
