Solved F1 items not spawning in (missing plugin permissions)

So im the owner of the server, have set it up all fancy and shit. But recently i cannot spawn in items to make kits through the F1 items menu. what it says in console is "you are not allowed to use the 'inventory.givearm' command". Any solution to this? im owner and have auth level 2 (as you're supposed to) but it doesn't work as of late
