What does it mean "Players with this permission are exempt from this plugin" ? Does that mean if I activate the permission for the default group, it makes all players unable to place ladders? OR does it mean all players can't use this plugin?

 

All players with the permission can place ladders on walls

 

So we'll not set the permission to players then but just throw the mod in there to keep them from placing a ladder then, correct? Just making sure I understand this correctly, thanks!

 

When installing this plugin by default, no one can place ladders on external walls. By giving someone the permission, it will then allow them to place ladders on walls again
