Rust Experiment Blocker

This plugin would block players from experimenting using work benches. In the config it could be toggled what work bench level would be disabled.
i.e.
WorkBench_1: true,
WorkBench_2: true,
WorkBench_3: false

Is this something someone would be willing/interested in making?

 

I wanted something like this also for my last server, except I wanted certain items from each tier blocked.
