    this message come every 5s
    [Error] Exception while calling NextTick callback (NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object)

    It means that one of the plugins you are using is calling something OnTick or NextTick that is erroring. You'd need to find out which one that is and fix the NRE (NullReferenceException) else report it to the plugin's author.
