Rust Escorting and restraining

Hello guys!

If this could be possible if u press windows key on a NPC (Player) the sherrif can restrain u and can unrestrain u + escort

 

I don't believe you can do it with windows key as oxide can only detect keys that are assigned(move forward, right, left, reload, jump, sprint, crouch, etc). However if I am correct with a bit of coding and some work around's you could most definitely create this(maybe!).

 

Someone who can make this will get paid $$$
