Solved Errors when using chat commands (using outdated build)

Im not sure how to install plugins using ftp, someone please help and ill love you forever.

im usuing gameservers . com, they have a feauture to install oxide. Should i just do that again?

 

I dont think that is it because i got a few plugins to work...

 

Plugins will technically work, except all chat commands won't and will throw the above error.
