Solved Editing user groups manually? (unsupported)

So I was reading this thread and I can't seem to find a way to be-able to edit the groups manually. I've tried looking in oxide\data but all I can find is a file called oxide.groups which is encrypted when I try to open it. Also I don't understand why it's in a '.data' format when some comments on the forums said it should be a '.json'.

Any help would me much appreciated.

Well that's a bit of a shame really. Is there any way I can see ALL of the permissions assigned to a specific user group and which user groups there are?

Also you've been here ages, I remember making a thread about 1-2 years ago and remember you were the first to reply on that too.
