Solved Editing plugin configs with TCAdmin?

My host is FPSPLAYERS.com and I've been able to install and use all of the oxide plugins I want, however there is no option for me to edit the plugin config. I've seen youtube videos that show the edit tool and it's simply not there for me.

I'm not 100% sure if it's my host, they don't have an active forums and the support is extremely slow so that's why I'm coming here asking for help.

Edit* it could be me just not knowing how to do it and my lack of ability as this is my first time owning a rust server & my only other server ownership experience is minecraft servers 3+ years ago using a program with an easy to use UI.

 

You can simply download the files, edit them with an editor, upload them and reload the plugins or restart the server.

 

There is no edit icon

I did this using filezilla, I'm testing it out to see if what I changed stayed. I'll update within 5 minutes.

It turns out the config is right, and the values are what I changed them to, but it's not working ingame. I've tried restarting my server twice & still nothing
