Easiest way to change server decay

Hey all,

Ive been looking all over and im trying to find the easiest way to change decay without adding a plugin.

Is there a console command that sets the decay rate?

The ones ive found online dont work.

you want to disable decay?

 

decay.scale 0 in console as admin works, but I'm pretty sure it also stops twig decay which is a pretty major irritant IMHO.
