Looks like your client isn't able to be authenticated with EAC, so it likely banned you locally on your server after repeated attempts.

It's happening on 6 other servers I've spoken to, at random times, different players. Only since this last update.

This happens when EAC times out and is unable to authenticate your session. It happens to a lot of people and is generally caused by overly aggressive AV software. Also, if you ever get an EAC disconnect wait a few seconds and never spam reconnect otherwise you'll be placed in a temp ban.
