    I've compared this plugin vs. the source provided by @Lance, and it does appear to be copied as the changes made do not match the original formatting. From what I can tell, the CMS functionality was removed, and the only other change is the localization per my request and other minor changes to make it a standalone donation manager. I've gone ahead and removed the plugin per the original author's request.
