Rust Don Jon event

Hello guy!

I just start my server, I'm new on, it's my first.
Anyway, I already uses several plugin whose Money time and Nteleportation.

I would like to create a event donjon.
When a player will have like 500$ ingame, he could use a command who will take him this money and teleport him on a part of the Island (that you can only go with this way) and start a donjon with a good loot.

Have you any idea how I could do that?

Edit: I don't know how to do one, but if somebody could make this for me, I'll be the happier cat on the world : )
