Solved Does latest Oxide cover latest Rust patch?

Is there anyone that can confirm if the latest patch of oxide also covers the latest patch of rust today?

"We've released a small patch containing improvements to environment culling as well as a new set of skins. Servers will need to reboot for the changes to take effect."

If I'm not mistaken the server is basically the rust client. Thats why its so big and also has the same updates as the client.
