Do structures built in nostability zones increase server lag?

On the server I admin on at the moment, we recently created a couple zones with nostability (one to test it, the other for our town) and built structures that would defy stability rules. However, we noticed that the server started lagging a bit. Could that lag be from the nostability structures or is it unrelated?

 

Probably unrelated, I have quite a bit of structures with no stability, and no issues.
