Rust Distance in player tag for friends

When the player is friend no matter the distance , should appear nick and the side the distance . Example : friend Nick (100m ) .

(LUA) I found this, and wanting to add the player's life, and to achieving however, when life is less than 99 it is example: 99.999145154 and if it is 100% 100%, I'm not finding it anywhere! can you help me?
