1. I am trying to create a plugin like the NoWorkbench (NoWorkbench) plugin. I see it uses an ItemManager class but I can’t seem to find any documentation on it. Where would this be? Also how could I set the player to have all the BPs learned by default?

    That would be in Rust's Assembly-CSharp.dll, which you'd need a .NET decompiler for. That's not something we provide in Oxide.
