Solved Disabling rain forever?

    The plugin which you included has this command
    /weather off (Disables all weather)
    which will disable the weather, as it says.

    Have you tried using this command?

    That would need to be added to the server.cfg or startup .bat in order to be persistent.

    weather.rain 0 should work, no + if putting it under server.cfg.

    Added weather.rain 0 in configuration and a .bat file, it is still automatic..
