Disabling packet flooding protection?

Good Evening,

Would anyone have any suggestions to disable the Packet Flooding Protection? Players on my server keep getting kicked for it every now and again. It seems to only be an issue since this most recent update. Also is anyone else having this issue?

yes same and my server fps is going crazy too.

has a default of 1500. Raising it does lower the kicks
