Disabling godmode on other players?

hey guys just a quick question, i like to mess around and troll my mods, is there a way i can take them out of godmode? Also, is there any type of invisibility command?

 

Search for plugins Godmode and Vanish. You can take godmode from player or give it by typing "/god NICKNAME" where instead of NICNAME you will put name of your friend. Vanish will provide you visibility but you can´t just give it or remove it from others.

 

thanks for the reply, i have the godmode plug in, but because hes a mod, he can use the console command. so removing godmode with the plugin doesnt work... Ill check out vanish

 

No, you need to type it in game and be authlvl2 and have permission thats all....

 

sorry, type what in game? he uses the console command and if i type/god *modname* it says enabled or disabled but even when i disable it hes still invincible

 

/god Brko will enable/disable god to me, just type it in chat ingame, not to console, rcon, f1 or what ever.... Would be good if Admins started to read desc. of plugins they are using...

 

I don't think you actually understand what he's saying, so it'd be good if you started reading what people are saying.
Godmode provides its own god mode implementation, in addition to the Rust god mode.
He wants to completly remove the god mode of an admin, completly independently of whether he's using the god mode provided by Rust or the god mode provided by the godmode plugin.
Since "god" is a client command, I'm fairly sure that what he's asking isn't possible.
To achieve this, he'd have to remove the rights of his admins/mods and then grant them the canusegodmode permission in a special group, which is probably not what he wants, because this would also take away their other rights.

 

Thank you for clearing that up. Thats whats happening. He is using the client godmode, not the plug in

 

You can type gods in the console witch enables god for everyone and type gods again to remove god from everyone including the persenal god from the players

 

Currently no option to disable built in client global.god for Auth level 1 or 2 players. (that I know of)
And as of a few months ago or so, you can no longer toggle there global.god status on or off from server/plugin.
Only the Mod/admin client can toggle themselves now
