Disabling crafting of wind turbines and faster nodes?

1. Is it possible to disable wind turbines from being able to be crafted? if so how?

2. Is it possible to set the node spawn timer faster? currently default is pretty slow in regards to them respawning.

 

1. Yeah you can, you need to install a plugin such as CraftingController (i'm not sure)
2. I'm not sure if you can, i think not, but maybe an other guy know how to do it ^^
