Disabling charcoal?

need a plugin, with which you can switch off Charcoal. the most are like better Charcoal not (well) working. better Charcoal is doing on my server with every settings nothing ! everlight is working, but all user can used this !

 

How will they make gun powder then?

 

I think quicksmelt has a charcoal multiplier you could zero out. I haven't tested it but it's a good start.
