Solved Different types of VIP

Hello! I wonder if there is way to create a plugin that works as follows:

Create different types of authorization levels , for example: Admin , Moderator , VIP 1 , VIP 2 , VIP 3 , Evangelist ...

Need the plugin was 1:18 , I still have some plans in this release.
If you can help I would be very grateful !
