Difference between + and - in .bat?

    Learning how to run a Rust server with Oxide, but have a question on whether were supposed to use + or - in our bat files? or does it even matter? I have seen many variations of bat files being created. on a second note when using the server.hostname "The_Land" shouldn't this become the directory where server files are installed, the system keeps installing in the my_server_identity folder?

    Most of the time you can use + or -, but there are cases where only - will be used. I try to stick to + for everything other than -batchmode and -nographics (two arguments from Unity).
