Not an Issue Devblog 99 server files? (unsupported)

I know it's a weird question but I'm starting a community for people to come and play the older version of rust devblog 99 it's the best version of the game in my opinion and there are many people looking to play the older versions I found out how to actually get devblog 99 but I've been digging and digging for the server file with no success
