Solved Default permissions group?

Read in forums and understand everything about groups and how to add donations later and how ot organize everytihng:
Example after donation player receiev access to group VIP but before donaiton its in normal group where is everyone. Then i can set what players can use in every group, but i just added everytihng on enable to group admin form GUI Permissions plugin. Now the hard part added kits with auth level 0 but vip kits insteam of high auth level just set permission vip and got command kits.vip. then grand user/group Flammable kits.vip and i am done. Then added other kit with permission default. Deleted kit later but wnated to remove permisison default. its kits.default but instead i tihnk typed this in console group remove default and removed this group not kits.default and then created again this gropu and i am able to manage all pugins for this group BUT where is every new player moved.
Ex Blaster joins in the server and then he cant use instacraft, magic carpet healing arrows and spawn tank, but then joins Player3435 and he cant use same stuff and i want every new player to be able to use some plugins by default and they have access revoked by default and i have to enale them for the group where every new player is default categorized but whats this group DEFAULT? SOsrry if sometihng its not explained correctly but idk what fuckd up or everytihng is wrong just want to know the default group and somewhere read its "player" and its auth level o moderator group auth level 1 idk if i have this gorup and admin auth level 2

Thanks checked the section and i am done, also i added online plugin and nobody was able to use /online when added group default everyone was able now i know which is my default group for all players. Need one more group vip and i am done. Also its not for this thread but how i cna contact oxidemod.org admin or staff member because have account issue.
