Solved Decrease XP/level upon death

So since we have Xp booster ect... Would be great to have also punish plugin for deaths Like Zlevels haves.

Ex. I will kill a player, and he will loose configurated XP upon death. Wouldbe also nice to have Rust.IO clans, FriendsAPI and EventManager support so people dont loose when these things (like GunGame event) are on

Anybody woudl be so kind to make one?
